i stayed in the beautiful double room. the room was spacious and tidy.. the beds were comfortable. safe parking was available. the reception team was friendly.
The heater control was flashing red in my room. i told the staff on my way to dinner. the red light was fixed. the fan was noisy.

my room was beautiful. It had a sofa, a real treat! the bathroom lighting was also very flattering! i slept soundly on a comfortable mattress with thick pillows.
the parking fee felt quite high.

The breakfast had a high standard, with a great selection of options. I especially liked the variety and quality of the items. the hotel also accounted well for my gluten allergy needs! the staff was always helpful.

My superior king room was spacious and clean, fully stocked with amenities to enhance my experience. i found a coffee machine plus a kettle stocked with teas and coffees. That allowed me to relax. the bed was also comfy.

Access to trams and buses near the hotel makes getting around easy and convenient. I found getting to many locations very simple. the hotel being next to morrisons supermarket also made it easy to pick up essentials!

The hotel is a walkable distance to city centre entertainment, meaning that you can explore the city's attractions easily. being outside of the clean air zone is a real plus, especially when traveling by car. I found its position perfect.
